Indlela Consultants (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2013.

2013-2019

The company was originally established in 2013 in Thohoyandou as a water treatment chemical formulator serving primarily the municipalities and water boards in Limpopo. Mpumalanga and NW Province.

2019 -2026

Indlela purchased a large “green fields” site near Rosslyn in Tshwane and commenced an ambitious plan to build its own coagulant manufacturing facility. This enabled the company to back- integrate into the supply chain, manufacturing the basic building blocks of its coagulant range.

In this way the company developed from a blending and formulating operation into a basic raw material producer.

It is the only such producer in the inland provinces.

Indlela’s driving force has always been customer service and every aspect of the company’s operation is geared towards fast and efficient response to all customer orders and enquiries.

Indlela is still owned and managed by its founder, Robertson Phiri and is fully certified in terms of ISO and NSF

The Future

Manufacturing is a key component of Indlela’s philosophy, and the future will see expansion of existing production capacity and the addition of new, similar products.
